RISKGLASS — BETA ACCESS AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs your access to the RiskGlass beta ("Beta"). By ticking the acceptance box at signup, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Beta.

1. Beta access

1.1. Melange Technology Pte Ltd ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use RiskGlass for your own portfolio tracking during the Beta. By accepting, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction, if higher) and are able to enter into this Agreement.

1.2. Beta access requires a valid payment card for identity verification. You will not be charged during the Beta, and your Beta access does not auto-renew or convert to a paid subscription without your explicit action. Card verification may place a temporary authorisation hold that your bank reverses automatically.

1.3. We may suspend or terminate Beta access at any time, including for breach of this Agreement, suspected abuse, or misuse of connected-brokerage resources.

2. What the Beta is (and isn't)

2.1. RiskGlass is a read-only portfolio tracker. It does not execute trades, move funds, or provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All analytics, projections and reports are illustrative computations on your own data.

2.2. The Beta is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. Keep independent records of your holdings.

3. Restrictions

You must not, and must not assist or permit any third party to:

a. copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly host the RiskGlass application, its source code, markup, styles, scripts, designs, text, or any substantial part of them;
b. reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or scrape the application code or data feeds, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
c. use any artificial-intelligence tool, code assistant, or automated system (including, without limitation, large-language-model coding tools) to reproduce, reconstruct, translate, or derive a copy of, or a product substantially similar to, RiskGlass or any of its components — whether from its source code, rendered output, screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of its behaviour;
d. build, or contribute to building, a product or service that competes with RiskGlass using knowledge, code, designs, or materials obtained through Beta access;
e. share, lend, or pool your Beta account credentials, or register for the Beta on behalf of a third party, including a competitor;
f. probe, overload, or abuse our infrastructure, connected APIs, or brokerage-connection quotas (each brokerage connection has a real cost; connection abuse is grounds for immediate termination).

4. Your data and connections

4.1. Brokerage connections are read-only and made through SnapTrade; wallet tracking uses public addresses only. You may disconnect and delete your data at any time from Settings.

4.2. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import manually and for compliance with your broker's terms when connecting accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Non-public features, pricing experiments, performance characteristics, and any bugs or vulnerabilities you discover are our confidential information. Report vulnerabilities to us privately; do not disclose them publicly during the Beta.

6. Watermarking and audit (disclosed)

You acknowledge and consent that each authenticated session of RiskGlass embeds a per-user identification token (derived from your account identifier) in the rendered application, its console output, and exported materials. This watermark exists to trace unauthorised copies, captures, or redistributions to the originating account, and may be used as evidence in enforcement of §3. Your acceptance of this Agreement is recorded with your account identifier, agreement version, country, IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp.

7. Feedback

Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You retain no rights in improvements we make based on feedback.

8. Intellectual property

RiskGlass, including its code, design system, analytics methodology, and content, is and remains the exclusive property of Melange Technology Pte Ltd. No rights are granted except the limited licence in §1.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: our aggregate liability arising out of Beta use is limited to S$100; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Beta output. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

10. Termination and survival

On expiry or termination of the Beta, your licence ends; §§3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 survive. You may delete your account and data at any time; residual backups are purged in the ordinary course.

11. General

11.1. Governing law: Singapore. Exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of Singapore.

11.2. This Agreement is the entire agreement for the Beta and supersedes prior discussions. We may update it for subsequent Beta phases; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
