RiskGlass is a read-only portfolio tracker and analytics tool operated by Melange Technology Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). It aggregates holdings you enter or connect — brokerages (read-only via SnapTrade), exchanges, public wallet addresses, perps platforms, prediction markets — and computes analytics on top. RiskGlass cannot place orders, move funds, or access your private keys.
Nothing in RiskGlass is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Figures, projections, probabilities, and reports are descriptive computations on your own data, and may be estimated, delayed, or wrong. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Verify balances against your broker or venue before acting.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse connected services, or attempt to circumvent plan or beta limits.
You must not: use the service unlawfully; probe, scrape, copy, or replicate the product or its outputs to build a competing product (including by AI training or replication); resell access; interfere with the service or other users; or misuse third-party services connected through RiskGlass. Session watermarking may be used to identify leaked captures, as described in the Beta Access Agreement.
Your portfolio data is yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. The RiskGlass software, design, and branding are ours; no rights are granted except the limited right to use the service.
Prices, balances, and histories come from third-party and public sources (brokerages via SnapTrade, blockchain RPCs, venue APIs, price feeds). We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
Price and market data shown in RiskGlass comes from third-party providers, including Tiingo (market data sourced by Tiingo.com) and public exchange and blockchain sources. This data is licensed for your personal, internal use within RiskGlass only. You must not: bulk-export, scrape, or systematically copy price or market data out of the service; redistribute, resell, or sublicense it; or use it to build a dataset or competing data product. Limited exports (for example, figures relating to one or a few tickers) are permitted for personal research purposes only. Data may be delayed, estimated, or unavailable, and is provided without warranty.
During the beta, all plans are free and nothing is billed; a one-time $0 card verification is required for full access. Paid plans, prices, and billing terms will be introduced at general availability and governed by the terms shown at purchase.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or SGD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may terminate or suspend access for breach. Sections 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes during the beta will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
